2. Facility Ownership: Centers MUST own their facility. MoUs with Government Secondary Schools are NOT permitted.
3. Training Environment: Shops and residential facilities (where people and training are combined) are not considered valid training environments.
4. Production Requirement (Option A): Pure training centers are ineligible for the TVET Initiative. You must provide evidence of being an active production center (e.g., Active Contracts, Service Agreements, Standing Orders).
5. Do not pay any amount until the system generates an invoice for you. Payments are non-refundable.

• CAC Registration or National Identification Number
• Adoption of NSQ-Based Curricula
• Minimum of TWO (2) Qualified/Experienced Senior Artisan/Craftsperson per trade with at least NSQ Level 3 certification.
• At least one Quality Assurance Assessor (QAA) per trade and one certified Internal Quality Assurance Manager (IQAM) assigned to the training center.
• Provision of Essential Physical Facilities (Must be owned). Shops/residential facilities are invalid.
• Demonstrated Training Experience and active production/service records.

• Proof of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Adoption of NSQ-Based Curricula
• Minimum of TWO (2) Qualified/Experienced Senior Artisan/Craftsperson or Qualified Instructor per trade with at least NSQ Level 3 certification.
• At least one Quality Assurance Assessor (QAA) per trade and one certified Internal Quality Assurance Manager (IQAM).
• Adequate technical and support staff for each workshop.
• Provision of Essential Physical Facilities (Must be owned. No MoUs with Govt Schools).
• Demonstrated training experience and evidence of production to external clients.

• Proof of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Adoption of NSQ-Based Curricula
• A minimum of TWO (2) Qualified Instructors per trade with at least NSQ Level 3 certification.
• At least one Quality Assurance Assessor (QAA) per trade and one certified Internal Quality Assurance Manager (IQAM).
• Availability of essential physical infrastructure (Must be owned. No MoUs).
• Documented training experience and active production records.
